Blake graduated summa cum laude from Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota and earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, where he served on the Law Review. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts and has been recognized by organizations such as Super Lawyers, Minnesota Law, and Who’s Who in Politics.
